machining and assembly facilities allows us, in most
cases, to complete all
the necessary
work in-house; including epoxy coatings. Our experience
ranges from one-offs to many 10,000s per month and
from assemblies containing a single magnet to those
containing hundreds.
Our UK Engineering Team is
headed by John Atkins whose
experience encompasses general
engineering knowledge gained
both academically and through
many years experience in magnet
production, volume assembly
and specialised assembly. John
is a member of our Executive
Managers team. We are increasingly
supplying our customers completed
sub assemblies with this work
now representing more than
30% of our business.
We are happy to work
with free issue component parts but more frequently
we accept full responsibility for the assembly by sourcing
direct from customer issued drawings
