This has become a critical feature of the Group’s growth and we seek to work with our customers to realise their ideas. We use FEA modelling packages backed-up with many years experience, not just in magnetics but also in general engineering expertise.

In the UK Alan Ratheram leads our Design Team and is well known within the industry being a committee member of the UK Magnetics Society and heads-up many of our DTI sponsored research programs. Alan is a member of our Executive Managers Team.

His experience has been gained within a number of UK magnet manufacturers and together with other members of his team we have experience covering the complete range of magnet materials.

We undertake a very wide range of design contracts and across many industries including automotive, defence, and across many applications including sensors, BLDC motors. The length of design contract ranges from a few hours to many days and we pride ourselves on the cost effectiveness of this service.
