We want to give you what you want when you want and this core activity is headed by Simon Ayling who is a member of our Executive Managers team. We do recognise the importance of this service within the company and listen to our customer’s comments and act on their suggestions.

We also carry out regular customer surveys that enable us to keep pace with ever changing market requirements. Simon and his team are our customer interface and he ensures a good flow of information to keep our customers aware of any developments with their products.

We mange our suppliers very tightly and very professionally, and we aim to work with them to ensure a good working relationship at all times. In many cases we are very willing to lend our expertise to ensure economic supply.
